What is your shipping policy?

During our Free Shipping promotional deals, Halter Equestrian Apparel will ship any order for free within Canada and the US (some restrictions may apply) with a minimum purchase value of $99 before taxes via Canada Post.

Do you have any shipping restrictions?

Please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", which can be reached through Standard shipping only and may require additional time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We will make every effort to get your order out within 24 hours of receiving the order online.

Regular mail within Canada
The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

  • 3-4 business days for local mail
  • 4-5 business days within the province

These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

Regular mail to the USA
The delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to the USA is 5-7 business days.

Regular mail to an international destination
The delivery standard for mail sent from Canada to another country (except the USA) is 6-14 business days.

How do you handle returns?

We accept returns or exchanges on all tees, hoodies and diffusers. We do not accept returns on any of our headwear, including our Equestrian Caps.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply let us know. Contact us within 7 days of your products delivery and we will issue you a refund or exchange upon receiving your item.

Items must be in original condition, not worn or altered in any way.

If your purchase was made online, we can offer a refund onto your original method of payment or store credit via an e-gift card, which never expires. The shipping costs incurred for mailing items to Halter Equestrian Apparel are not covered or reimbursed by us, however, we will work with you and do whatever we can to ensure you are well taken care of and cover any shipping costs associated with a new item being shipped to you.

Are your tees eco-conscious

Yes, all our equestrian tees are made using more efficient, eco-friendly dye machines, that use 7x less water than the average dye machine, literally saving 24 million gallons of water a week. That’s a huge water reduction compared to the typical manufacturing process. Any and all water that is used during the manufacturing process of our equestrian tees goes through a filtration system that allows it to be recycled.

Solar energy is then used to power the sewing and cutting facilities, lights and more throughout each building the tees are manufactured in.

During the the manufacturing process, almost everything is recycled, fabric scraps, excess fabric, you name it, zero-waste is on the radar, to help nothing go to waste!

How do I order wholesale?
